stage & screen costume

Each costume results from an artistic collaboration among several contributors, combining creativity and technique. The working methodology differs depending on whether it is a historical or a contemporary piece; however, some aspects are common to every costume design. For example, it is crucial to reveal the essence of a character and evoke emotions. It is also necessary to consider the performer's comfort and to respect the director's intentions and the allocated budget.

Below, you will find costumes I created or crafted, categorized as costume design, pattern-drafting and sewing, costume making & headpieces."
